During the summer months you will find us at Olestølen Mountain Farm. We offer open café and sale of cheese every Wednesday & Saturday from 12-16 p.m.

Nørrestogo - an organic goat farm with a focus on craftsmanship on food, woodworking, and leather. During the summer from June 15th to September 15th, we are at Olestølen near Beitostølen. In winter, the dairymaid, the ski maker, and the goats are on the farm.

Skimakern

Thomas has been making solid-wood skis for over 30 years. He teaches courses and produces skis, primarily designed for off-piste and deep-snow terrain.

During the winter season, Thomas dedicates himself to ski crafting and to exploring the use of skis in forests and mountains. For him, wooden skis are not a relic of the past but a product for the future. Sharing this craft tradition through courses, lectures, and—above all—the joy of skiing is a central part of his philosophy.
