Beitovintersentrum

What’s actually happening at Beitostølen during the winter season? Is there anything to do besides going skiing?

The traditional Ridderrennet and Barnas Ridderuke are held every winter at Beitostølen.

A bit further down the valley, in Aurdal in Valdres, the Hemsing Festival takes place. The event offers 17 different concerts over five days, featuring musicians of international caliber. Stay in Beitostølen and combine high-cultural experiences with the resort’s wide range of restaurants and accommodation options.

In addition to major annual events, various larger and smaller cultural and sports events appear throughout the season. If you want to learn something new, you can take courses in horseback riding, skiing, and wooden ski making. Keep an eye on our calendar to stay updated on everything that’s happening.

The ski trails are groomed and ready, and on our front page you’ll find the latest report from the trail crew.

Experience the winter magic at Beitostølen — with or without skis!
